來檔需知 - File requirements
- 檔案需是清晰JPEG / PDF /AI 檔
- JPEG 檔色彩模式必須為CMYK,(不設RGB或其他模式顏色印刷)
- 檔案內必須含有2-3mm的出血位,如沒有出血位,成品將有機會細於所需要尺寸
- 檔案內所有的文字必須建立外框(outline)及清除所有多餘的文字雜點或圖層
- 檔案尺寸需自行調整好所需要的正確成品尺寸
- 字型、線條及筆畫粗細須 ≥ 0.2mm,且字型不得小於 6pt,以確保印刷清晰度。
- 檔案內所有色塊之色值須 ≥ 10%,且不透明度須 ≥ 20%,以確保印刷顯色效果,避免因色值過淺或透白過高導致無法印出。
- 數碼印刷只可印刷CMYK,金色/銀色/白色將無法於印刷後呈現
- 顏色基於印刷色,顯示屏顏色只供參考,不能作準
- 數碼印刷及柯式印刷顏色或細緻程度均有差異
- The file must be a high resolution of JPEG / PDF /AI format
- The color mode of JPEG files must be CMYK (Do not have RGB or other mode color printing)
- The file must include a 2-3mm bleeding area. If there is no bleeding, the finished product will be smaller than the required size
- All text in the file must be outlined and all redundant text noise or layers must be removed
- The file size needs to be adjusted to the correct finished product size required
- The thickness of the font and line must be 0.2mm or more to be printed, and the font size must not be less than 6pt
- The color value of all color blocks must not be less than 10%, and the transparency must not be less than 20%
- Digital printing only can print CMYK, gold/silver/white will not appear after printing
- Color production is based on printing colors. Display on screen may not be accurate
- Digital printing and offset printing color or degree of detail are different

裁切需知 - Cutting requirements
- 下圖中卡片的設計稿較容易在印刷過程中出現裁切問題,比如裁切出來的四周邊框的不對稱,亦有可能一邊大一邊小
- 數量多於10張或以上都是以合版印刷。合版印刷是將同一款/多於一款稿拼合在一張大紙上,再統一進行印刷。印刷後,將該批紙放入裁切機進行裁切
- 裁切工序僅能單向定位進行裁切,如印刷時出現有偏差,不對稱現象將會更明顯(客人須接受印刷技術上無法避免的1-2mm誤差)
- 如設計稿上附邊框、花紋或者是兩邊有對稱的線條和圖案等,必須讓花邊或者邊框 ≥ 5mm寬度,以盡量減少偏差問題,(此規範可降低裁切偏差視覺感,但無法保證四邊絕對均等)
- 如設計檔雙面均帶邊框時,裁切偏差將 同步顯現於雙面,設計時務必預留公差吸收空間
- The card design draft in the picture below may have cutting problems during production, resulting in asymmetrical sides
- 10 or more prints are printed in combination. This means combining one or more drafts on the same sheet for printing together, then cutting with a cutting machine
- Only one direction is cut at a time. If there is deviation during printing, asymmetry will be more obvious (clients must accept 1-2mm unavoidable variance)
- If there is a frame design or symmetrical patterns on both sides, please design frames with at least 5mm width to minimize deviation
- If the design has frames on both sides, the deviation will occur on both sides simultaneously

CMYK 印刷色模式
RGB 螢幕顯示模式
- RGB轉成CMYK時容易產生色差色值變化,導致印刷成品與想像的不同
- 顏色必須為CMYK,不能使用不同色域或RGB的色彩模式,也不可以同時使用在同一個漸層填色裡,會產生非常嚴重的色差
- RGB色域中的高飽和螢光色系(如上面範例之粉紅底框),於 CMYK 印刷輸出時將產生 本質性色偏:螢光色將喪失螢光特性,轉為 飽和度降低 + 明度下降 之深暗色調,此現象源於 RGB 光學發色 與 CMYK 顏料顯色 的物理性差異,非製程瑕疵
- 設計稿件時,如四色總值超過200%,容易造成油墨難以乾透而引致印刷後甩色
- 請勿使用深黑色(Rich Black),印刷後會出現色差(如需黑色,請調整CMYK中的K值)
- Color differences often occur when converting RGB to CMYK, resulting in printed colors differing from expectations
- When using gradient effects, colors must be in CMYK mode. Do not use different gamuts or RGB mode in the same gradient fill
- RGB colors will have significant color shifts when printed (e.g., fluorescent green becomes darker and duller)
- If the total ink coverage exceeds 200%, it may cause drying problems and ink smudging
- Avoid using rich black (mix of CMYK) as it may cause color shifts (use K value only for pure black)
